Before you enquire
Do I need to be in Dar es Salaam to use your multimedia services?
Not at all — several of our services are fully remote. Subtitles, transcription, podcast editing, voiceover and music distribution are all handled digitally. You send files, we deliver back in your preferred format. For photography and videography shoots, yes, we'd need to be in the same location, but for everything else, geography doesn't matter.
What subtitle and transcription formats do you deliver?
We deliver in whatever format you need: SRT and VTT for web/streaming, embedded subtitles burned into video, Word or PDF for transcriptions, or plain text. If you're uploading to a specific platform (YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram) just tell us and we'll format for that platform's requirements.
How long does it take to get subtitles or transcription back?
For most files under 30 minutes, we can turn around subtitles or transcription within 24 hours. Same-day is available for urgent requests — mention this when you enquire. Longer content or content with technical language may need a bit more time, but we'll always confirm a realistic timeline before we start.
Can you do Swahili subtitles or translation?
Yes — this is one of the things that sets GoSaed apart. We can produce Swahili subtitles from English audio, English subtitles from Swahili audio, or straight Swahili transcription. All Swahili work is done by a native speaker with attention to context and register, not just literal translation.
Do you do event photography and videography on the same day?
Yes — and it's one of the most popular combinations. A single booking can cover both photography and video for an event, which saves coordination overhead for you and means both deliverables are stylistically consistent. We'll confirm crew size based on the event's scale.
How are multimedia projects priced?
Most projects are quoted based on scope — duration, deliverables, crew size and turnaround time all affect the price. We don't use rigid packages because a 2-hour corporate headshot session is very different from a full-day event coverage. The clearer your brief, the more accurate our quote.
