The airport pickup was perfectly timed despite our flight arriving early. Our driver was waiting, professional, and made us feel welcome in Tanzania from the very first moment.
As a solo female traveller I had safety concerns — but GoSaed put those to rest immediately. The Mikumi safari was brilliantly organised and we saw an enormous amount of wildlife.

Before you book
How far in advance should I book?
It depends on what you need. As a guide:
- Airport transfers — minimum 4 hours, though we often accommodate last-minute requests
- City tours & day trips — 24–48 hours is ideal
- Multi-day safaris or Zanzibar packages — at least 1 week in advance for best availability
- Corporate or group bookings — 2–3 weeks minimum
That said, if you're in Dar right now and need a car in two hours — try us on WhatsApp first.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight automatically. If it's delayed, your driver adjusts their arrival time accordingly — you won't be left waiting at the airport or paying extra for the wait. Just make sure you share your flight number when you book.
Are your tours private or shared?
All GoSaed tours are private by default — you get the vehicle, the guide and the itinerary entirely to yourself and your group. This means we can adjust pace, stops and focus areas on the day based on what you want to see.
Group (shared) options are available on request — ask us when you enquire.
Can I customise a tour itinerary?
Yes — and we encourage it. The itineraries listed are starting points. If you want to skip one stop and spend more time at another, add a restaurant recommendation, adjust timing or combine two different tours, just tell us when you enquire and we'll build the day around you.
What currency do you accept, and how do I pay?
We price in USD but accept payment in multiple ways:
- M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa (Tanzanian mobile money)
- Bank transfer (TZS or USD)
- PayPal & Wise (international clients)
- Cash on the day (USD or TZS at agreed rate)
Full payment details are confirmed at the time of booking. We don't take credit cards directly.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that travel plans change. In general:
- Cancellations 48+ hours before service — full refund
- Cancellations 24–48 hours before — 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours — no refund, but we'll always try to reschedule where possible
For multi-day safari packages, specific terms apply — we'll confirm these at booking.
Do you serve clients outside Dar es Salaam?
Yes. Our transport network covers all of Tanzania — Arusha, Moshi, Dodoma, Morogoro, Mwanza, Tanga and more. We can also arrange overland transfers to and from Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) and Zanzibar. If you need to get somewhere in Tanzania, ask us — we'll find a way.
Are your vehicles air-conditioned? What about luggage?
All our vehicles are fully air-conditioned — essential for Dar es Salaam's climate. Our minivans comfortably hold 4–5 passengers with full luggage. For larger groups or particularly large bags (e.g. dive equipment, oversized gear), mention this when you book and we'll make sure we assign the right vehicle.
