Section 1General Terms
1.1 Acceptance
By engaging GoSaed — through our website, WhatsApp, email, phone or any other communication channel — you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and GoSaed, operated by Said Abdallah, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
1.2 Services covered
These terms apply to all GoSaed services:
- Transport & Tours — airport transfers, private hire, city tours, safaris and upcountry travel
- Concierge & Field Assistance — errands, procurement, research, document services and field work
- Multimedia Production — photography, videography, audio production, subtitles, transcription and music distribution
- Digital Event Invitations — custom RSVP systems, QR check-in and guest management
1.3 Eligibility
To use our services you must be at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent), have the legal capacity to enter into contracts, and provide accurate and complete information as required.
1.4 Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The date shown in the page header reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
1.5 Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
Section 2Transport & Tours
2.1 Booking & confirmation
- Bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp, email or our website booking form — verbal agreements are not binding
- Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to decline service for safety, legal or operational reasons
- For airport transfers, please share your flight number so we can track delays
2.2 Pricing & payment
- Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed; TZS equivalent accepted at current exchange rate
- Payment methods: M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, cash
- Safaris and multi-day trips require a 50% deposit to confirm the booking
- Waiting time beyond 30 minutes after scheduled pickup (for reasons not related to flight delays) may incur an additional charge, agreed upfront

2.4 Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup and drop-off information
- Be ready at the agreed pickup time
- Respect vehicle cleanliness — no smoking, no food in vehicle unless agreed
- Inform us of any special needs (wheelchair access, child seat, excess luggage) at the time of booking
Section 3Multimedia Production
3.1 Project initiation
- All projects begin with written confirmation (WhatsApp or email) of scope, timeline and agreed fee
- A deposit (typically 30–50%) is required before work commences for projects over $100
- Client must provide all required materials (logos, brand guides, reference content) within agreed timelines; delays may affect delivery dates
3.2 Intellectual property
- Clients retain rights to all materials they provide
- Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment
- GoSaed retains the right to display work in its portfolio and on its website unless the client requests otherwise in writing at the time of engagement
- The client warrants that all materials provided are properly licensed and do not infringe third-party rights
3.3 Revisions
- Projects include one round of revisions unless otherwise agreed
- Additional revision rounds are available at an agreed hourly rate
- Approval at each stage must be confirmed in writing before the next stage begins
- Significant scope changes after approval may require a revised quote
3.4 Delivery
- Final files delivered in agreed formats via WeTransfer, Google Drive or WhatsApp
- Client is responsible for backing up files after delivery
- Subtitles and transcription are typically delivered within 24–48 hours of receiving the source file
3.5 Cancellation
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Cancellation after 50% project completion requires payment for all work completed to date
- Pre-paid third-party costs (stock media, distribution fees, etc.) are non-refundable
Section 4Concierge & Field Assistance
4.1 Scope
Concierge services include but are not limited to: errands and personal shopping, procurement and supplier vetting, document collection and preparation, field assistance and local representation, research and due diligence, and proofreading.
GoSaed does not provide legal, financial, medical or immigration advice. We handle logistics, research and coordination — not professional advisory services.
4.2 Fees & payment
- Service fees are agreed upfront before work begins — hourly, task-based or daily rates as applicable
- Third-party purchases require prepayment or credit authorisation before GoSaed makes any purchase on the client's behalf
- Any out-of-pocket expenses (transport, entry fees, etc.) are charged at cost with a clear breakdown provided
- Invoices are due within 7 days unless otherwise agreed in writing
4.3 Confidentiality
- All client information is treated as strictly confidential
- We do not discuss client work with third parties beyond what is necessary to complete the task
- Clients should inform us of any specific confidentiality requirements at the time of engagement
4.4 Cancellation
- Standard tasks: 12 hours' notice required; work already completed is chargeable
- Event-related services: 72 hours' notice required
- Any pre-paid third-party costs are non-refundable
Section 5Digital Event Invitations
5.1 Service description
GoSaed builds custom digital invitation systems including RSVP tracking, QR code check-in and a live guest management dashboard for weddings, corporate events, graduations and other occasions.
5.2 Data and guest information
- Guest data (names, RSVPs, contact details) collected via the invitation system belongs to the event organiser
- GoSaed processes this data solely to build and operate the system as instructed by the organiser
- Guest data is retained on the server for up to 30 days after the event date, then deleted
- The organiser is responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from guests for data collection
5.3 Delivery & support
- Systems are delivered as agreed in the project brief — typically 3–7 days before the event
- Live support on event day is available upon request and subject to separate agreement
- Minor amendments after delivery are included; significant scope changes are quoted separately
Section 6Liability & insurance
6.1 Transport
- GoSaed maintains vehicle insurance as required by Tanzanian law
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, flight delays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- Maximum liability for lost or damaged luggage is USD $200 per item, subject to the client reporting the loss before leaving the vehicle
- Clients are responsible for damage caused to vehicles through their negligence or misconduct
6.2 General limitation of liability
- GoSaed's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fee paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages
- We make no warranties beyond those expressly stated in these terms or agreed in writing
6.3 Force majeure
GoSaed shall not be liable for failure to perform services where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or infrastructure failure. We will communicate any such situations promptly and work to find a suitable alternative where possible.
Section 7Contact & disputes
7.1 Dispute resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute about a service, please contact us directly in the first instance. We aim to resolve all issues promptly and fairly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it shall be referred to mediation under Tanzanian law before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.
