- Travel details (pickup/drop-off locations, dates, times, passenger count)

- Project details for multimedia or concierge work
- Payment method selection — processed via third-party providers (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, PayPal, Wise, bank transfer); we do not store card or mobile money credentials
- Communications and correspondence with us

This data is accessed only by the organiser and is not used by GoSaed for any other purpose.

- Event invitation RSVP data: deleted or returned to the event organiser within 30 days of the event date
- Website analytics data: governed by Google Analytics' default retention period (26 months)

- We do not store payment card or mobile money credentials — all payment processing is handled by certified third-party providers
