GoSaed built and operated a complete digital invitation and guest management system for the Samwel Komba & Rose Ignas wedding — April 2026, Maranta Hall, Dar es Salaam.
This wasn't a template or a third-party service. It was a custom-built PHP system, designed and deployed from scratch, that handled every stage of guest management from invitation delivery to gate check-in.
- Custom digital invitation — bilingual (English & Swahili), branded design, couple's photo
- RSVP system — per-guest unique codes, attendance confirmation, seat allocation
- QR code check-in — each guest received a unique QR code; gate staff scanned on arrival
- Live admin dashboard — real-time stats, guest list, open tracking, check-in log
- Google Sheets sync — guest list imported from and synced to a shared spreadsheet
- CSV export — full guest data exportable at any point
- WhatsApp delivery — per-guest invitation links sent individually via WhatsApp
- Progressive reveal — venue details revealed only after RSVP confirmation

Audio production is one of GoSaed's earliest disciplines — starting in 2005 with music recording and talent management, evolving into podcast production, voiceover work and now subtitles and transcription delivered remotely to clients worldwide.
Soga za Soka is Said's own Swahili football analysis podcast — produced, recorded and edited in-house. It demonstrates audio quality, bilingual production capability and long-form editorial content.
